We are particularly concerned by the title of your review,
**"Suspected Counterfeit Peptides."**
This is an extremely serious allegation.
However, you have provided no objective evidence whatsoever to support it. Indeed, within your own review you acknowledge that you *"cannot say with certainty why"* you experienced the outcome you describe. In the absence of independent analytical evidence, there is no factual or evidential basis upon which to suggest that the products supplied were counterfeit.
We would also like to correct one factual inaccuracy. Your second order was **not delayed by "almost a month."** Our records show your first order was delivered on **21 July 2026** and your second order on **28 July 2026**.
The delay occurred because you placed two separate orders on the same day. Our team attempted to combine them into one shipment to save you duplicate shipping costs and refund one of the shipping charges. Unfortunately, the first parcel had already been dispatched before it could be intercepted. We accepted responsibility for this administrative error, apologised and dispatched the outstanding order immediately. This fulfilment error had no bearing on the identity or quality of the products supplied.
According to your own correspondence, you waited until both orders had arrived before reaching your conclusions, which were reached approximately two days after receiving your second order. Despite making serious allegations in your review that four separate products were counterfeit or failed to meet specification, no such allegation was made during our correspondence. Instead, you requested a full refund and stated that, if your request was declined, you would leave a negative review. During our investigation, we asked you to provide objective evidence in support of your allegations. Rather than answering those questions or providing the requested evidence, you published this review.
We also asked you to provide documentary evidence supporting your comparison with products obtained from other suppliers. Despite being given the opportunity, no supporting documentation or objective evidence was provided.
Every product supplied originated from independently tested batches and is fully traceable through its batch number to the published Certificates of Analysis (COAs) on our website. These include complete independent laboratory analytical reports confirming identity, purity and chromatographic analysis.
Based on independent laboratory testing, complete batch traceability and the accompanying independent analytical reports, we are satisfied that the products supplied were genuine, authentic and fully traceable to the independently tested batches from which they originated.
Our investigation therefore concluded that no objective evidence supported your allegations and your refund request was declined. Research Peptides Europe does not issue refunds on the basis of unsupported allegations or threats of negative reviews. Every complaint is investigated impartially and determined solely on the available evidence.
Research Peptides Europe supplies clinics, medical professionals and research organisations across Europe, many of whom place repeat orders. We have identified no wider quality issue affecting the batches supplied to you. Our confidence is based on independent laboratory testing, complete batch traceability, published Certificates of Analysis and the consistent quality demonstrated across our professional customer base.
Should you obtain independent objective analytical evidence supporting your allegations, we remain willing to review it. Unless and until such evidence is provided, our findings remain unchanged.

We're sorry you feel this way. You contacted us to ask why our peptides were more expensive than others, and we explained that our pricing reflects the quality standards we maintain. Our products are supported by comprehensive testing, including third-party COAs, purity analysis, heavy metal testing, and endotoxin testing.
The wholesale price list you shared via Telegram was from an overseas company we know nothing about and contained only product listings and prices. It did not include independent COAs or evidence of the testing we carry out, so we explained that we could not verify the quality or contents of the products being offered or make a like-for-like comparison. We also noted that several product names on the price list were misspelled, which did not inspire confidence in the professionalism of the supplier. We believe customers should always exercise caution and ensure they purchase from businesses that can provide transparent quality documentation and testing. We stand firmly behind the quality of our products and are an established supplier committed to maintaining the highest standards.
You also selected our standard shipping service, which is clearly advertised as taking up to 10 working days, depending on the delivery destination. This estimated timeframe includes deliveries to more remote locations. We can see that your order was delivered within just 5 working days, well within the advertised delivery timeframe.
